The Company

A small marketing leading publishing and events business with 6 news-led websites, 20 publications and various awards events, exhibitions and conferences. They have a friendly and supportive culture where you can move up through the ranks very quickly. In fact, the MD joined the company as a telesales person only 10 years ago!

The Role of Telesales Executive (up to £22k basic plus uncapped commission - £30k OTE)

You will be joining a new team of telesales people, phoning up relevant professionals (from a database) and talking to them about the benefits of subscribing to their specialist news-led websites and publications, as well as talking them through any of the relevant up-and-coming events which they would benefit from attending.

It is a 100% new business and phone based to begin with. However, you will have a clearly defined career path in place, as well as training, to aid your development into advertising and sponsorship sales.

Requirements for this Telesales Role

• You will be confident, articulate and self-motivated
• You MUST be able to drive to their offices in Shenley, Hertfordshire
• You must want to build a professional sales career
• Eager to learn and develop
• You do not need to have sales experience and school leavers are also welcome to apply
