The Company

A small, growing and extremely friendly and collaborative conference organiser with events spanning various sectors within sustainability and energy transition. As part of their growth, they are looking for a new producer to join them as they continue launch new events. 

The role of Senior Conference Producer

As a Senior Conference Producer you will take ownership of the content production for a small number of conferences, most likely within the energy transition space to begin with. These will likely be new events so you will have the opportunity to really take ownership of them from their first launch.

You will likely work on 3-4 conferences per year and these events will all be focused around delivering the most relevant and highest quality content. You will manage the full production lifecycle from research and agenda setting, through to speaker acquisition, management and post-event analysis.

Requirements for this Senior Conference Producer Role

• 1-3 years conference production experience
• University educated
• Highly articulate, likeable and collaborative
• Stable career history
• Able to work from London offices 2 days a week
• Experience of producing high quality conferences within the green energy or sustainability space would be highly desirable
