This position will best suit a marketer who enjoys taking on new projects and has a passion for data and how it can be utilised to improve results and ROI.

The Company

A large corporation with a market-leading recruitment brand for doctors, nurses, GPs and other healthcare providers. They provide a dynamic, supportive and collaborative culture with big company benefits and rewards.

The Role of Performance Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, data-driven marketing professional to turbo-charge their career by taking charge of candidate acquisition and lead generation for the biggest brand in medical recruitment. The majority of the role will be optimising the company's use of paid and unpaid channels, but you’ll also use more general marketing skills and get the chance to develop as product owner of their job board platform.

The company produces incredible back-end data but legacy practices mean this data has not been harnessed/utilised to-date. Reporting to the Head of Product, Performance and Reporting you will have 5+ years experience in digital marketing roles, including at least 3 years in performance marketing. You’ll be managing a senior marketing executive so, while line-manager experience is an asset, the role would also suit someone keen to step up for the first time. Previous experience in recruitment marketing would be great but it’s not essential.

That is where this role comes in.

There are two main aspects of the role:

  • To drive candidates to our client's job board. In order to do this the company needs to better understand where they are and how we can better attract and then convert them.
  • To improve leads for the sales team. Our client is scraping the relevant sites but better analysis and integration with our client's back end will make for much more effective tools.

You will be trusted to utilise your extensive marketing experience and knowledge to structure your approach and decide how and where to spend the budget.

If you don't find this blank canvas appealing then it's not for you. If however you feel the idea of interpreting an untapped data set for a market dominant brand to be an exciting challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
