A well respected publishing, information and events business with a number of marketing leading portfolios and a reputation for quality, seek a Commercial Manager / Account Director for their recruitment advertising department.

The Role of Commercial Manager / Account Director (recruitment advertising team)

As Commercial Manager / Account Director you would a senior individual within a department of around 10 individuals who sell all manner of b2b recruitment advertising solutions across digital, print, mobile and social media platforms. 

80% of your role will be developing and growing the recruitment advertising revenues from key accounts spanning Recruitment Agencies, Direct Clients and Ad Agencies. The portfolio of brands you are selling across serve the marketing, media, digital and creative/design industries.

As a senior member of the team you will help direct product development as well as act as a team mentor, working closely with the Telesales Director (who is in charge of team function).

Requirements for this Commercial Manager / Account Director (recruitment advertising team) position

• Minimum 4 years experience within media sales including strong recruitment sales legacy
• Strong digital recruitment ad sales experience
• Strong face to face advertising sales experience
• Experience of coaching and mentoring sales people
• Driven, motivated, confident and consultative in approach
• Stable career history
