The Company

A highly respected global media, events and information business which offers fast-track progression as well as excellent training and benefits.

They own a number of global leading products/brands. This position is selling on one of those brands.

The role of Business Development Manager (Subscriptions) 

As Business Development Manager you will be 100% new business focused, but will be given plenty of support in sourcing relevant leads and opportunities. 

You will be selling annual corporate subscriptions to senior level decision makers across the retail sector. The subscription will provide them with up to date information, insights, news and views across their sector. Deals range from £3k up to over £40k per year, depending on the number of users. It is also a very exciting time to join as they are going to be launching a business intelligence platform early next year!

Requirements for this Business Development Manager role

  • 3+ years sales experience within media, SaaS, BI or business subscriptions
  • Strong business development experience
  • Happy in a 100% new business role
  • Confident and articulate
  • Keen to learn and develop
  • Hard working
