The Company

A small, friendly and niche media company with a number of contract publishing agreements in place, to produce and monetise publications, websites and events for various industry bodies and associations across the built environment sector. Their teams work remotely but can use the London office for meetings/working if they choose.

The Role of BDM / Account Manager

Your role will be a combination of new and existing business, selling print and digital advertising and content solutions as well as thought leadership around virtual and physical events. There is a lot of cross-selling as their brands are quite complementary to one another and so you will be someone capable of having consultative conversations.

Clients range from construction tech firms, through to material and equipment manufacturers, training companies, consultancies and similar.

The £30k basic salary is potentially flexible and the client will also consider more experienced candidates who would be prepared to work 3-4 days a week for the same salary.

Requirements for this BDM / Account Manager role

  • Media sales experience (including digital)
  • Confident, articulate and trustworthy
  • Stable career history
  • Able to work from home
