The Company
A dynamic and innovative b2b media corporation with a number of market leading brands serving the advertising, marketing, film and cinema industries (among others). They have a lively, trusting and happy sales environment and they are looking for an Account Manager to sell multiplatform opportunities across a print and digital portfolio serving the media / agency sectors. They are growing quickly and have exciting plans for growth. Perks include networking at beech parties at the Cannes Film Festival (among others), attending film premieres and similar.
The role of Account Manager
As Account Manager you will be taking ownership of print advertising revenues for a quarterly b2b high-end glossy, cool and edgy publication as well as its high respected digital offering. You will also be cross-selling special projects and event sponsorship across one of their other leading brands serving the broadcasting / tv sector.
It is a really rounded role and you will be given the freedom to really make your mark on this newly launched publication (the brand behind it is nearly 100 years old). You will be selling to media owners and technology companies / platforms who are looking to target media planners and buyers. You will be selling both face to face and over the phone and it will be a combination of new business and account management.
You will also be working closely with the editorial team to develop the publication and digital/mobile offering.
