The Company

An innovative and fast growing b2b media and events business with a flexible and trusting work culture and a client-centric approach to delivering results for their advertisers and event sponsors. You will be able to work-from-home one day a week as well as working slightly flexible hours on most other days.

The Role of Client Success Manager/Director

As Client Success Manager/Director you will have the overriding responsibility to make sure that every client who books a conference sponsorship package or digital advertising campaign into any of their flagship senior HR events (of which there are 4) or their HR news website, has the most positive and rewarding experience. Clients include the likes of Salesforce, Facebook, Microsoft etc. 

This position is a new role at the company and will be an incredibly important part of the business as it continues to grow. They are 100% focused on ensuring that they deliver the best customer service/experience for all of their advertisers/sponsors, ultimately ensuring that they are happy with their ROI. As the new Client Success Manager/Director you will play a key part in shaping the strategy, building roadmaps for key clients etc.

The 2 key objectives of your role (your team's role):

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns ensuring a positive experience for the client and a strong ROI
  • Manage the execution of conference sponsorship packages, managing the operational delivery and ensuring a positive client experience/ROI

Requirements for this Client Success Manager/Director position

  • You will either have strong (5+ years) digital campaign management experience (including people management) OR 5+ years client relationship management experience within a b2b events company or media corporation.
  • You will be confident, articulate, polished and consultative
  • You will be a strong people manager - able to motivate and inspire others
  • You'll have strong attention to detail
  • You will have an unwavering focus on delivering the best results for your clients with a keen interest in how technology can help achieve that aim
