Responsibilities of this Account Executive role

The role will see you working in the Account Executive team, currently comprised of 13 people and growing! You’ll be engaging with independent and agency trading desks to ensure that their self-managed campaigns are being carried out in the most optimal way.

Your responsibility is to work closely with the technical experts in your team to provide your clients with the highest level of support whilst also driving incremental revenue by identifying cross-sell, upsell, renewal, optimisations or new business opportunities. You will be acting as the first point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving potential issues that may hold your clients back from renewing or upgrading their services.

Requirements of this Account Executive role

  • 12+ months experience as an Account Executive/Manager
  • Experience within the Ad Tech or Programmatic industry
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and progress within the business
  • Contacts within the Publicis Network would be ideal but not essential
