The Company

A fun, professional, fast-paced and high-growth media and events business with training and development at its core. They have a strong belief in building and maintaining a positive company culture and as such have regular company socials and events. They appreciated nearly 40% growth last year, have a very strong digital proposition and are investing heavily in the continued growth of their brands. They are looking for an Account Director for one of their flagship brands).

The company has a very young, entrepreneurial, fresh and digital-first culture.

The role of Account Director

As Account Director you will be selling across a digital and event portfolio which serves a key part of the finance sector. It is a highly established brand with a loyal and growing audience and with continued investment they are looking to continue to grow revenues.

You will be selling both to new and existing clients and will be selling the usual mix of rich media and branded content, as well as award sponsorship, bespoke roundtables, breakfasts etc.

The requirements for this Account Director position

  • 4-9 years digital advertising and event sponsorship sales experience
  • Entrepreneurial and eager to join a lively, dynamic, young sales culture
  • Experience of selling to the finance sector would be beneficial
  • Money motivated
  • High level of articulation, confidence and professionalism
  • Stable career history in media
